The Site is a referral and lead-generation service. Odessa Mobile Home Leveling does not perform moving, setup, leveling, anchoring, skirting or pier work. When you call (385) 645-3033 or submit a form, your request may be passed to an independent local contractor. Contractors are separate businesses; they are not our employees or agents, and we do not supervise or guarantee their work.
Any estimate, price, schedule, warranty or contract for work is between you and the contractor you choose. Before hiring anyone, verify their TDHCA license (required in Texas for manufactured home installation), insurance, permits and references, and get the estimate in writing.
